Skills to Advance aims to equip employees with the skills they need to progress in their current role or to adapt to the changing job market, funded by SOLAS delivered by the Education and Training Boards. There are different routes to engage – as an individual, as a Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) or as part of a Regional Initiative.
